Democrats Karen McKnight, Rituja Indapure, and Karen Howe are the only candidates Sammamish can count on to be our:

ENVIRONMENTAL CHAMPIONS.

Protecting the fresh air, clean water, and local parks and green spaces that make Sammamish a unique and wonderful place to live.

STEWARDS OF RESPONSIBLE GROWTH.

Prioritizing sustainable, affordable projects that allow seniors to age in place, and families to spend more time together and less time sitting in traffic.

PROTECTORS OF OUR WAY OF LIFE.

Maintaining the charm and pace of life that drew us to Sammamish, while supporting a thriving local economy and vibrant neighborhoods.

Livable Sammamish PAC Founders and Officers

Don Gerend and Kathy Huckabay led the effort to found the City of Sammamish in 1999. Both former Sammamish Mayors, Don and Kath have 28 years of combined service on Sammamish City Council.

“We started the Livable Sammamish PAC because we are concerned about the current direction of the city and the dysfunction at City Hall, where there is only bickering and little is getting done. We need to elect candidates who care about our environment, are stewards of responsible growth, and protectors of our way of life. Please join us in supporting Karen McKnight, Rituja Indapure, and Karen Howe!”
